Music and Worship
Inside each believer is a heart of praise. Scripture declares it, "Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord!" The Music Ministry at Flat Creek encourages every person to worship God in spirit and in truth.
Jesus told the woman at the well, ". . . the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." John 4:23-24
Those who are gifted in the areas of music are encouraged to join with others to aid in the corporate worship experiences at Flat Creek. From the Choir to the Praise Teams, to ensembles, soloists, musicians, and more we all seek to encourage the praise and adoration of our great and mighty God.
Technical support teams also help to create an environment that focuses all of our senses on God during worship services. Lighting, audio, projection, video recording and more are all part of the technical support ministry. New hands and hearts are always welcome in this ever-expanding ministry.
